Hello, we’re GTE Foods, a Taiwan-based developer and manufacturer of plant-based ice cream and fruit sorbet. We believe refined flavors and lighter indulgence belong together. Through thoughtful ingredient selection, creative recipe development and careful attention to texture, we turn Taiwanese ingredients into frozen desserts made for modern lifestyles.
Our brand Bebop brings food, music and culture together through creamy plant-based ice cream and layered sorbet flavors. BEJU offers bright fruit flavors and a smooth, refreshing texture, with just 65–74 calories per cup. Our dairy-free recipes also give people with lactose intolerance more ways to enjoy dessert.
Music is part of who we are. We founded the Tainan Jazz Festival, bringing jazz, food and local culture together in the city we call home. Through our Bebop Jazz Artist initiative, we also support musicians in live performance and recording, helping their creativity reach more listeners.
Our own factory in Taiwan’s Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park holds FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HACCP food safety certifications, supporting consistent quality from development through production.
Alongside our brands, we provide custom ice cream and sorbet development and frozen dessert manufacturing for hotels, restaurants, retailers and brand partners. From a distinctive signature flavor to a dessert inspired by local ingredients, we help bring each partner’s story to life—one delicious spoonful at a time.
